About
Stephanie Baez
Also known by my medicine name Puma Pilla, meaning "Little Jaguar" in in the language of Quechua. I am a medicine woman, Shamanic Practitioner and Curandera trained in the practice Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT) since 2016. This tradition of cross-cultural shamanism stems from a Peruvian lineage of curanderismo, bridging pre-Inca cosmology and ancient earth-honoring practices with the modern world to foster healing, transformation, and a deeper connection to both the seen and unseen realms. It emphasizes living in sacred reciprocity with the world for balance and spiritual growth.
I am also a Reiki Master, trained in Usui, Holy Fire, and Karuna Reiki. An ancient form of life force energy healing, the Japanese term Rei means "source light" and Ki means "energy." Healers have lovingly received attunements from Reiki Masters for generations; I was first attuned to Usui Reiki, a Japanese healing modality of universal energy, in 2014. In 2022, I was ignited into Holy Fire Reiki, a high-frequency energy connected to Christ Consciousness and Oneness, which promotes purification, cleansing, and empowerment from the highest realms. In 2023, I was attuned to Karuna Reiki, which employs Tibetan and Egyptian symbols specifically aimed at healing trauma. These sacred symbols work through alchemical processes to cleanse and restructure DNA. As both a practitioner and teacher of these powerful healing techniques, I hold Reiki 1 and 2 attunement certifications, Reiki Master attunement certification, and Holy Fire Reiki & Karuna Reiki master ignition certification.
